You may be logged into your account, but you probably haven’t purchased a subscription plan. Only once you’ve subscribed to one form of membership do you receive access to the teachers’ calendars.
If you are subscribed with a membership plan, have a look under Account, then Digital Products to find the Teachers’ Portal link.

Depending on the teacher’s calendar workflow settings, the confirmation email is sent immediately or nearer to your chosen appointment time.

Make sure to download the video conferencing application (Google Meet or Zoom) your teacher has chosen on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can find details in your confirmation email. This will make attending your session easy and convenient.

Due to the nature of video conferencing, there will always be a lag due to transmission. We’ve found that to ensure the correct musicality for dance, the best way is for the student to play the music if they are performing a variation or solo.
Alternatively, for teaching class, the teacher can show while playing their music for the student to then follow.

Unless you’ve merged the email confirmation to your personal calendar and set a reminder, there won’t be any alarms or notifications from Susu Spot. Make sure to be responsible for your own time management by integrating your personal calendars.

The only fees you pay as a member are the subscription plan, for access to the teachers, and your chosen session fee. There are zero hidden transactions from Susu Spot when you book a lesson from a teacher.

After logging in, you can cancel your subscription on the account bar under digital products. This will prevent you from being billed any longer after your final subscription period has ended.

No problem! Just write to us via the Contact form and we will take your profile off of Susu Spot as soon as possible. In the meantime, make sure to pause your calendar to avoid any further classes.
